PRICES
All the prices of the products shown on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply. However, depending on the place where the order is placed, they do not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the User.
AVAILABILITY
Eme Studios informs the User that the number of units available is kept up to date with warehouse stock and availability by our suppliers. Under no circumstances will Eme Studios intentionally offer for sale more units than are available or have been reserved by the supplier.
Eme Studios will make every effort to satisfy all its Users in the demand for products. However, on occasions, and due to causes which are difficult for Eme Studios to control, such as human error or computer system incidents, it is possible that the quantity finally delivered by the supplier may differ from the order placed by Eme Studios to satisfy the User's orders.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the User will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the User to cancellation of the entire order. PAYMENT
The User agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered will be increased by the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the User before formalising the purchase itself.
