I bought a Navy box hoodie from them. Asked if I could return it. They only have it set up so that you can return by ups, even though in Croatia it only operates in Zagreb, which is far from me. I asked if I could return any other way, they said that I could however I wanted. I sent it through the post, inside the package I also put the UPS return slip, and a letter informing the person who openes it what it was. I also gave the tracking code to them through their e-mail which they had looked at and said okay it seems like all is in order. I gave them all the proof that I had sent it and informed them when it came to the logistics centre. They said that from that day it would take 15 working days. It has now been over a month and they come up with excuses all the time. Even though they have all the proof that I had sent it. It is not my fault if the logistics people misplaced it or threw away the package with the info. Moreover, they knew how it was going to come and when it came. The refund process has soured the experience for me. Until I get the promised refund that will not change.
