They will go out their way to make sure that customers are satisfied. I will be shopping often.

Return Policy

Order two products in two separate occasions, the quality is amazing but unfortunately one of the items was one size too big and I had to return it. The return process is overly complicated, the fact that we have to not only arrange it but to pay for it, as well.
If sending it from the UK to Spain, the average price for a simple return is about 20-25£ which makes the return a bit pointless, as you'll be getting back about 30-40% of what you originally paid for. If you are buying something from Eme Studios, you are potentially setting yourself up to lose money. Love the products, but the return policy is simply way too bad. Have to consider twice before buying again.
