I heard about you on Instagram, and as soon as I saw your products I decided I wanted to buy some of your products. However, 4 days after placing my order I received an email explaining there was not one of my products. Nothing was proposed to manage this altercade.
And the delivery time at the end was not fulfilled. Having to wait so long for an order nowadays is not acceptable.
PD: I received an "internal and confidential" email from your staff, no clue why, and I could see a conversation between two staff members talking about a shipment.
